D.I.Y Tuesday – post ride protein?


When I came across this recipe I debated it’s merits with some Twitter friends. It looks yummy, it has chocolate but could the added ingredient of beans actually mean you could use it as a post ride protein recovery food?

The jury is still out on that and I haven’t gotten around to totalling up just how many calories are in these bad boys but they sure do look yummy and well extra protein is a good thing?
