Rocket Fuel in training – back running

Am still coughing and just had a crazy sneezing fit but am mostly better. I started back running last Sunday and it felt great!

To help recover I’ve broken my runs down to 10 minutes of running followed by 3 minutes walk intervals. This lets me get back into it without making my lungs want to explode. So far it’s been going great and I’m enjoying being back to exercise and hoping to build back up to what I had been dong previously.
